GROUP CLASSES ON ZOOM and HYBRID

I have reduced the hybrid options to only Tuesday morning. If you attend on zoom please understand that I am not able to pay the kind of attention to those on zoom as I would like. Please always feel free to unmute yourself to ask a question or comment. Please pay the suggested fee or what you can afford. For my records, please notify me if you are paying an adjusted fee. Level 1-2 Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:45AM $18 This class is appropriate for those with 3 or more months of consistent practice. It focuses on developing a strong understanding of the basic yoga postures to create foundational strength, flexibility, confidence, and enjoyment in practice. A wide range of poses are introduced and practiced, including inversions. Relaxation/Breathing/Meditation Class Fridays 9:30 - 10AM $16 - This class consists of a 10 minute guided relaxation, 10 minutes of breathing exercises, and a 10 minute meditation. Begin the day and end your week by calming your nervous system. No experience necessary! Contact me to attend, or to get on the list to receive the weekly link.
