This class is meant to quiet and calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and increase self awareness.
From 6:30 - 7:30pm we will do gentle postures, breathing exercises, and sit for meditation.
From 7:45 - 9pm we will chant and do further study/discussion on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, section TBA. If you have any interest in yoga philosophy please come join us.
